SHIPPING CHARGES:
PerfectWoman.com shipping charges are based on your order total prior to tax
as noted in the table below:

Undeliverable or refused shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. PerfectWoman
does not assume any responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for
countries outside of the United States.

Should one of the products in your order not be available for some reason, we
will immediately notify you by email with the anticipated ship date. You have
the option to cancel your order should this conflict with your needs.
There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship
subsequent to your initial shipment.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
Your receipt of an electronic or other
form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor
does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PerfectWoman.com reserves
the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity
you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will
notify you of the status of your back ordered item. Your credit card will only
be charged for the number of products we ship to you. There will be no additional
shipping charges billed to your credit card for items which ship subsequent
to your initial order. The shipping charges will only equal your "Order
Total" as reflected in your order confirmation. In order to protect the
interests of our customers, orders placed over $200.00 (U.S.) may require additional
customer verifications or information, as determined by our credit department,
before we can process your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
PerfectWoman.com does accept orders
from most countries outside the United States. However, the Shipping charges
may differ from the U.S. Charges.

or regulations for countries outside of the United States.

checks and money orders. These payment methods will be accepted online, via

products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of shipment

to PerfectWoman.com arising from any product sold on the PerfectWoman.com site
shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall PerfectWoman.com,
its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special,
indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
PerfectWoman.com RETURN POLICY:
Our products are the highest
quality and top customer service is our goal. If you order a product and it
arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it at no cost. Your satisfaction
with PerfectWoman.com products is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with
a product, you may return the unused portion to us (along with any unopened
bottles) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Anytime beyond 30 days
from the date of shipment of merchandise, no returns will be accepted by PerfectWoman.com.

Any special promotional item(s)

SHIPPING POLICY:

2 to 6 business day shipping via the U.S. postal service. The PerfectWoman.com
team does their best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon Pacific time
on the same day. PerfectWoman.com currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays
or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish
to have your order left otherwise, please note that when placing your order
or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments outside the
48 continental United States may involve additional requirements. Shipments
to remote, rural, or international locations will require additional time for
delivery.

Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot
be resolved between the customer and PerfectWoman.com through communication
between the parties shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the
applicable procedures of the American Arbitration Association. ("AAA").
BY ENTERING INTO THIS CONTRACT TO PURCHASE MERCHANDISE FROM THIS WEB SITE, BOTH
PARTIES ARE GIVING UP THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO HAVE ANY SUCH DISPUTE DECIDED
IN A COURT OF LAW BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY, AND INSTEAD ARE ACCEPTING THE USE
OF ARBITRATION. The demand for arbitration must be in writing and must be made
by the aggrieved party within sixty days of the event giving rise to the demand.
The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, and shall
be based on the laws of the State of California. The decision of the arbitrator
shall be binding and conclusive on the parties and not revisable for error of
law or legal reasoning of any kind. Judgment upon the award rendered by the
arbitrator may be entered in any court having proper jurisdiction. Each party
to the arbitration shall bear their own costs including attorney's fees. The
fees for the arbitrator shall be paid equally by both parties.
THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES
(PerfectWoman .com AND CUSTOMER) AND SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER COMMUNICATIONS
BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES.
THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (EXCLUSIVE OF CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES) AND WILL,
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWABLE, BE DEEMED TO CALL FOR PERFORMANCE IN LOS ANGELES
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
